Kuranya Australia has made our website and ordering process quick, efficient and secure.  The best way to order is through this website because it is secure and very easy to use.  Start ordering online today!

Wholesale Account – Once registered, you can apply for a wholesale account with us.  Which means you have access to wholesale prices and specials. You will need an ABN and be a genuine Retailer to apply for access and order from us.  

Minimum Order – Kuranya Australia has no minimum order for your convenience.

Freight – Kuranya Australia uses freighting options that are fast, secure and economical. We like to use Australia Post.

Payment Options – Payment is made prior to delivery.  Payment options include:  Bank Deposit; or PayPal.

Returns Policy – Kuranya Australia packs everything with the utmost care but if you need to report damaged or faulty stock please do so within 14 days by email (sales@kuranyaaustralia.com.au) and we will instruct you on how to handle the item.  We may either replace or credit the item.  If an item is obviously damaged on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible.  We do not issue credits on stock broken after received.

Cancellations and Order Changes – For changes to an order sent to us please note that once an order has been processed by our warehouse we cannot accept changes to this order.

Credits – Kuranya Australia does not issue Credit Accounts and we do not issue credits on stock damaged once received by you.
